Marrakech Djemaa El Fna

Guided sightseeing tour of Marrakech (Full Day): The city was founded in 1062 by Youssef Tachfine who erected the first ramparts. The Almohade, Saadian and Alaouite dynasties embellished the city with several monuments that you will visit during this tour. Koutoubia: contemporary of Giralda of Seville and the Hassan tower of Rabat. Bahia palace and gardens: erected between 1894 and 1900. Excursion to the OURIKA VALLEY at the foothill of the High Atlas Mountains: Situated at the foot of the famous ski station Oukaimeden, the lushly Ourika valley slowly rises up to the first hills of the High Atlas where typical villages are rested. It is a pure wonderful place where the birds only disturb the silence. Excursion to ESSAOUIRA: Formerly called Mogador, the history of the site of Essaouira located on the Atlantic coast, goes back to the VII century B.C it has been a centre of activity on the African coast during several periods of its history. Excursion to PLATEAU DU KIK: Adventure by Land Rover to the desert track roads of the Kik plateau and the lake of Lalla Takarkoust. Excursion to OUARZAZATE & THE KASBAHS: This round trip of 400 km leads over the Tizin’n Tichka pass at an altitude of 2.269m. The various landscapes dotted with Berber villages are superb. Lalla Takerkoust’s Dam: At only 20 min of Marrakech, the dam Lalla Takerkoust (350m length X 60 m in height) and its generous 7 kilometres long artificial lake offers a framework quite particular and accessible to all (plenty of activities on offer)

Kasbah Toubkal: An hour and a half drive from Marrakech, Kasbah Toubkal is a mountain retreat with the best rooftop in North Africa

Team Building Activities

1- Treasure hunt on camelback: Our team dresses up in TOUAREG costumes and gives out the first clue in a treasure hunt, lead by a camel driver all around the palm-grove and the village.

2- Donkey Polo: Two teams equipped with brooms and ball, they will compete on a sandy pitch –non-stop fun.

3- Wall climbing: Each team gets into pairs and takes it in turns to scale the climbing wall, complete with safety harness and the help of his/ her team mate on the ground - Timed ascent.

4- Tower of Babel: Fill a donkey cart with bales of straw, take the straw to your position and build a tower with it as high as possible.

5- Water carrier’s race: The sportiest member of the team dresses as a water carrier and has to collect as much water as possible in a pail and pour it into a measuring jug; not so easy when you have a leaking basket and wearing a tight costume and giant Babouches (Traditional Moroccan Slippers) in your feet

6- French Bowles: The aim is to throw the ball as close as possible to reach the (Cochonnet “Jack”). The first to reach 13 wins.

7-Archery: After an initial training session each team must aim for bull’s-eye on targets, set at different distances from the archers. We have bows for both right-handed and left-handed participants.

8- Berber Tent: The aim is to pitch and take down the tent in record time, with a readily erected tent on display to provide clues.
